ScripTeast - innovative workshop program for scriptwriters from Central and Eastern Europe.

Obligations

FEE. Participants qualified for the Program will be obliged to pay 300 euro and send the confirmation of payment to the Organizer by fax or email before the Stationary Workshop in Poland (participants will be informed how to pay the fee when they are shortlisted).
TAKING PART IN THE PROGRAM. If selected, the applicant is obliged to take part in the entire yearlong program of ScripTeast. If a participant fails to attend any Stationary Workshop of ScripTeast without giving a serious reason, he/she must pay back all the costs incurred by the Organizer (participation fee and other actual costs incurred by the Organizer in order to create his/her place in the Program).
REWRITE. Participants of the Program will be obliged to re-write their scripts within three months after first Stationary Workshop, and do another rewrite after the Evaluation Session in Berlin, if necessary.
CREDITS. The credit "Developed with the assistance of ScripTeast" and the Program's logotype must be mentioned in connection with any future use of the script and placed in the credits of any film produced from the developed script. To download logo please go to link
GIVING BACK TO SCRIPTEAST. The Sundance Institute founded by Robert Redford introduced the idea of giving back, to provide emerging filmmakers with an opportunity to work and develop their projects and skills. ScripTeast and all the people involved in it fully support and continue this idea. Therefore projects which are going to the production, supported by ScripTeast are asked to contribute 0.2% of their production budget to the Program (the total amount paid to ScripTeast is not to exceed 5,000 euro, and not earlier than shooting starts). These funds will be used to organize next year edition of the Program.
