Paul Fraser
Paul's has been working in the UK and international film industry for over twelve years. Widely credited as a talented and accomplished screenwriter, he is now becoming acknowledged as a talented director. In 2006, he directed a music promo for the Arctic Monkey's "When the Sun Goes Down", which incorporated a longer film "Scummy Man". The Film won Best Music DVD at 2007 NME awards and received a nomination for a Golden Berlin Bear at the 2007 Berlin Film Festival. Paul's other short films include, "Streetlife" (2004) and "Barney has the Blues" (2005)

His screenwriting collaboration with director Shane Meadows has led to five feature films. There first was a low budget feature called "Small-time" (1996). Following this was a trilogy of films about their life in the east midlands (Nottingham): "24:7" (1998), "A Room for Romeo Brass" (1999) and "Once Upon a Time in the Midlands" (2001). Their last collaboration was "Dead Man's Shoes" (2003). Paul's first solo writing project was "Heartlands" (2002) directed by Damien O'Donnell.
Other writing credits include: "My Father the Liar", Tube Tales (2000) directed by Bob Hoskins and "Sheep" (1999, 2000) a children's cartoon series, "Janet and Jock", a three minute film interpreted by five different directors.
